Quite neighborhood, a lot of space, great apartment.

I love the floor plan and it is very family friendly. My kids made friends within the 1st week of living there! My neighbors are nice and I have no complaints. I am not worried safety at the Townhouses. I feel comfortable with my kids playing outside, my car and the parking availability, and the people that live in my building and other buildings.

Great, love our town house. The staff are all friendly. Maintenance is done ASAP and its done right! Already told some friends who are looking for a home to look into town houses!!! Some neighbors only on the one side are a lil' noisy at times but after contacting the office things have been improveing (i do not blame noise on the townhouses what so ever its the residents responsibilty.) And i believe the only reason we hear so much is because its young children who are running mostly up and down stairs and sounds like they are jumping. Not an issue of the walls being to thin, or of the structure. i can never really hear them talking or any thing unless its screaming and even then you can hardly hear it. And we almost never hear any thing really from the neighbors on the other side, maybe a pound or something but nothing other then normal noise that is not a problem!!

Nice and affordable place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and a few updates are needed such as newer windows in bedrooms, but no problems overall.

Great place to lIve. People are very friendly and it is safe place for kids to roam around.
